While reading the book I realise that I am my own worst enemy. 

Like the main character, I hold myself back - my true thoughts, worst fears, deepest desires and dreams.

The enemy was never outside...it was always within.

But I've decided I won't allow myself to be bound by these shackles any longer. 

Baby steps for sure, but one day that mountain will be no more than a silhouette in my rear-view mirror.
