Quarantine changed me for the better, it made me adapt to certain situations and took away certain thing from me that I never thought I could live without. It kinda made me stronger in a way, mentally and physically. Before covid-19 and all this quarantine stuff came up I was always doing what others expected of me, I never took a second to actually think about what I wanted or if I was happy, yes there were times where I tried doing so but always found myself right back in the same situation again. Quarantine made me realize that people were using me, its amazing what you can see when you take a few steps back to look at the bigger picture. It helped me focus more on me, and my mental and physical health, maybe more mental than physical seeing that I was basically eating chips and junk food half the time lol, I think you get the basic idea.

Although it changed me for the better, at the beginning of quarantine it changed me for the worst, it took a while for me to realize that being in quarantine was actually my chance to work on me. At that stage in quarantine I was just the most negative person, I liked the quote, “Life is but a dream, don’t turn it into a nightmare,” and then "BAM!!!" basically the whole world was living in an actual nightmare, the events of 2020 were so disturbing that watching The Walking Dead was actually calming, sounds weird but its true, anyway just be sure to find or make the good out of any situation instead of the negatives look at the positives.❤❤❤
