我相信各位Penana的網友都是熱愛寫作之人。也許已有正職的你，有無數次想過直接辭掉工作，全心投入寫作吧。

故事的主角也不例外：一個業餘作家打算轉為全職。適時聽到大學師兄跟他說一個文壇的傳聞，原來有位名作家能不看稿件，只聞言談，就能一眼看出對方會否當紅起來。整個故事描寫主角在拜見與不拜見這位名作家之間的掙扎——到底判定來到之時，主角會有勇氣接受嗎？抑或他應該樂天之命，任憑自己開拓未來？
