If she were a real person she would be my idol and my role model. Amy is built upon the perfect picture and portrait of how I think of my favourite singer would be. I would stan her and watch fan made videos of her funny moments and her best live vocals.

She is a powerhouse performer. I love singers who just give their all on the stage. And can perform live without breaking a sweat, who just give me goose-bumps. Amy is such an artist. Growing up musically I was always drawn to Demi Lovato, the girls of Little Mix, Xtina, Alicia Keys and other such artists. And I wanted Amy to be like them.

She didn’t always want to be a singer. When you read chapter two of my story you would know that music was never in her plan. It just happened she just stumbled into the spotlight and surprised everyone including herself that she could sing.

She is an only child and was left in the care of her uncle. I took the liberty to leave her family background open. I will be honest I didn’t want to kill of her parents nor make them leave her. So for now, her parents are absent. But she spent most of her childhood at her uncle’s house where she would meet her future best friend.

She like any other singer has difficulties with her voice. And is in constant danger of losing her voice due to excessive trainings and too much practice. Not at all used to the spotlight and all the drama surrounding it, she drives herself nuts. She often gets anxiety and her brain just stops processing information.

She designs clothing as a hobby and sells them to a clothing line. Amy didn’t want to reveal her passion for fashion so she often sold her designs to a designer named Vanessa who launched them under the name of Anamika [which literally translates to ‘nameless’]

She lives in an entirely fictional country. I wanted to create a safe place for my characters full of diversity and all the possible opportunities with full liberty. Kind of like Malgudi or the city of Pan from ‘Agents of Atlas’ comics.

She is a relatable character who has all the elements an average human has. She is mean, she is nice, she is hard working or lazy, everything which depends on her mood or the person on the receiving side. I have always adored her and respected her for the fact because she takes no shit, and is a bold powerful speaker.
I really hope you guys like her, and are excited to read more about her.
