"I haven't gotten the results yet, but I'll tell you once I get them. I wanna know too!"

A whole week has rolled around since the day of the soulmate test and the whole school seemed to be talking about who they got and who they wish they got. Whispers and giggles fill the hallways and even the teachers seem to engage in the gossip.
The lady at the office calls up people to the principal's office to get their results alphabetically, so Jimin has to wait a little bit longer since they just had started to call up people with the last name of 'N'.
"What do you have for lunch?" Yoongi asks, peering into Jimin's lunch kit, rummaging though it so that he could see all the contents. He stops and takes out a bag of chips he likes and starts eating it without asking.
"Come on, you have to eat," Yoongi says, grabbing some more of Jimin's food and tossing it into his mouth while watching Jimin intently.
"You're literally eating my food," Jimin points out, reaching over to Yoongi's lunch kit to see what's inside. A salad and some granola bars. Gross.
"Yeah, my mom is making us all be vegan for a month," he rolls his eyes as he chews on more of Jimin's food. "Even Hoseok."
"Yeah, I know I'm amazing, no need to tell me again," Hoseok announces without a clue of what the two were talking about as he sits at the table and grabs a handful of chips from the bag Yoongi stole from Jimin. "But seriously, what about me?"
"I was just telling Jimin how my mom is making us go vegan for a month," Yoongi scoffed, throwing the empty packet of chips at Jimin's face. "At least Jimin's mom makes good food."
"At least we have Jimin's food," Hoseok shrugged, grabbing some more of his food.
"Hey! What will I eat?" Jimin frowns as he watches Yoongi and Hoseok eat his food live a pair of savages who haven't ate in days.
"Easy. Our food," Yoongi pushes his and Hoseok's lunch kits towards him. Jimin crosses his arms and pouts, not wanting to eat leaves and plants for lunch.
"What are you guys? Herbivores?" Jimin scoffs, fiddling with the handle of Hoseok's lunchkit.
"Park Jimin to the Principal's Office. Park Jimin to the Principal's Office, thank you."
"OMG THAT'S YOU!" Hoseok squealed, shoving more of Jimin's food into his mouth, causing all the people in the cafeteria turn their heads toward him.
"What are you people looking at?" Yoongi hollers, glaring at everyone. The students shrug and continue eating and conversing among themselves.
"Uh, okay, I'll leave now... bye?" Jimin waves goodbye to Yoongi and Hoseok, who waves back at him with food stuffed in their mouths.
Jimin practically runs to the principal's office (but he doesn't since running in the hallways is against the rules) and slowly opens the door to find the principal, Mrs. Choi, smiling at him.'
She has her hair in a rather large bun and is wearing typical principal clothes. "Hello, Jimin. Please sit down."
"Now, before I give you the results of the test, I will briefly explain the concept of the Soulmate Test. Okay so, the person you are paired with is not necessarily your soulmate. There have been some times in which the Soulmate Test has paired two people who are not meant to be. You will know whether or not the person you are paired with is truly your soulmate once you bond with them intimately. Once you have done the process, if the person you are paired with is your soulmate, you will feel what they feel, think what they think, et cetera. If you aren't paired with the right person, there is a number to contact in the file I will be giving to you. Remember, this is confidential and none of us has looked at it. It is completely up to you on whether or not you wish to ," Mrs. Choi explains. She hands Jimin a file and nods at him to leave.
"Have a great day Mr. Park"

Jimin's hands tremble as he holds the brown folder in his fingers. He's at home now and he can't seem to find the courage to open the folder and find out the results. He had explained to Yoongi earlier that he wanted to wait until he got home until he found out who he got. Of course, Yoongi insisted on coming with him.
"Oh come on. If you won't open it, I will gladly do it for you," Yoongi snaps impatiently.
"You do it," Jimin says, shoving the file to Yoongi."
"What? No, you do it"
"You said-"
"I was kidding. Open it, pussy," Yoongi pressures.
They are both sitting criss cross apple sauce on the floor in Jimin's room. His room isn't very neat nor too messy, but messy enough to drive his mom crazy. Yes, he still lives with his parents. They figured that once Jimin finds out his soulmate, they'll force him to move out and live with them.
"Okay, I'm gonna open it," Jimin announces, slowly ripping open the paper folder and pulling out the paper inside.
"Finally," Yoongi rolls his eyes, watching Jimin intently. He tries to get a peek of the information on the paper, but Jimin shifts around so that he can't see.

"That's it?" Jimin asks with a trace of worry in his voice as he rereads the short letter, flipping it over and searching thoroughly in case he missed anything.
"They're busy people and probably want to save ink. Don't worry. Mine was short too," Yoongi shrugs, grabbing the document and scanning it.
"You got Kook? The tea's hot today," says as he pulls out his phone to text Hoseok.
"There's got to be a mistake. I can't be paired with him. Didn't they say that the tests aren't very accurate?"
"Whatever you say, Minnie," Yoongi mumbles, sending Hoseok a picture of Jimin's results.
"What's so bad about him? He's hot," Yoongi states. Jimin shoots him a look of disgust.
"So? He's a meanie," Jimin pouts, crossing his arms.
"If he lays one finger on you," Yoongi threatens, pausing to dramatically pull a butter knife from the inside of his jacket and twirl it around his fingers.
"Where did you get that?"
"Better to be safe than sorry," Yoongi shrugs, tucking it back into his pocket.
Jimin backs away and holds up the file as a sheild.
"Kidding. I found it in your lunchkit and I wanted to return it. Jeez," Yoongi rolls his eyes. He sighs as Jimin puts the folder down, looking disappointed and worried. "Stop worrying about it, Jiminie. What could possibly go wrong?"
