Z星球共有四個國家，簡單來說就是將一個圓形分成四等份，是很久以前四大家族劃分出來的，它們分別為洛國、陳國、金國和朗國。在500年，洛國第十任領導人洛允行眼見本土的人才因為不同意國家的政策而不斷流失，決定於國土的邊界興建一座高300米的城牆，並進行鎖國，讓洛國市民無法得知其他國家的資訊。
主角李日出身於1800年，憑藉著一夥愛國的心，慢慢成為洛國的核心人物之一，但隨著了解更多洛國不為一知的一面和遇到他的老婆銀欣，李日的想法慢慢改變…
