還是小時候家裡還有請工人姐姐到家工作時,特別深刻的是工人姐姐的一道滑蛋菜式。原因是因為你能想像到工人姐姐炒熟了蕃茄然後加入剛從雪櫃拿出來然後被打開蛋殼裡流出來的蛋白跟蛋黃,兩者還是冰冷的情況下與還是熱的蕃茄,那種滑脫脫與冰火交融,這口感這一世都是地獄料理,稱為劣食不為過。
