Symbols of Religion in Bhagavad Gita and Suran

The dictionary definition of the term religion is “a personal set or institutionalized system of religious attitudes, beliefs, and practices” (Merriam-Webster, 2018). Religion and humanity have walked hand-in-hand for ages. A person’s belief in a deity or a doctrine can alter an individual’s moral life. This can be seen in our readings in various forms such as in the excerpts read from Bhagavad Gita and Surah from the Quran.
