這是三位少女向著她們的音樂夢想前進的青春友誼故事。

藝名蘇菲的歌手林美欣(Sophia)，在高中時代從台灣移民到香港。她喜歡唱歌，也想跟同班同學打好關係，所以參加了合唱團。語帶鄉音的她未能融入合唱團中，但她背後付出的努力，卻被外冷內熱的張美娜(Mina)看到了，並因此成為好友。

有天，班上同學打算挑戰校規，但最終只有Sophia, Mina和劉美玲(Dorothy)沒有臨陣退縮，一種奇妙的友誼在三人間萌芽了。在不同的舞台上，三人都一起展現她們的青春與汗水，直到愛情降臨到她們身上……
