　　架空世界裡，由４片大陸與無數的細小島嶼組成。

　　各大陸佔據著東南西北各一邊，各自擁有自己的信仰，如信仰受到冒犯，輕則喝罵，重則大打出手。因此，各區除了基本漁船交易之外，並沒有多大的交集。

　　某天，以「西區」為首的商會在４片大陸中間建築人工島，標榜「沒有信仰的無神論地區」，瞬間吸引了數以萬計的人流。

　　人工島的成功帶起了不少業務，繼而成立了專門解決信仰事件的學府，從此各區相繼展開旅遊業。

　　可是，「西區」卻一直對一百年前的敗北耿耿於懷。

　　籌備數十年後，一場戰爭的苗頭即將被挑起。
