Shea Rose didn’t remember a day of freedom. She was born into the world of supernatural a human, something useless. Shea has been spat on, slapped, whipped, but never sexually assaulted. She worked at a small clinic in the clan Dancing Fire, the wolves have red to ginger hair, she would have fit in perfectly there with her looks, if she was a werewolf. Sadly, she was born in to a blond and blue-eyed woman who helped a cook, her father she never knew. That’s how life went usually, humans breed but never remained together, unlike the supernatural whom married and started families, humans had no rights, they were pets if not slaves. Shea didn’t stay long with her mother and was quickly sold to a couple who owned a clinic. Shea was surprisingly skilled in the arts of medical, she was smart and a quick learner, something her masters loved and feared.
Shea shuttered remember the slaps and whips, specially when she taught herself to read books that spoke of werewolf culture. She found it thrown in the trash. While the couple did have a small boy name Charles, he was learning to read, she may have been 17 reading a young children’s book but it taught her to read. When she announced it, she was beaten senseless and anything she had in her room that was a book was burned, which wasn’t a lot. She remembers the woman scolding her son which was crying because his book was burned. All because he let a lowly slave touch it.
“Hey beauty, what you are hiding under that shirt of yours...” a voice of a man brought Shea out of her thoughts.
A few men surrounded her cage, men who were going to rape her. She wouldn’t be in this situation if it wasn’t for her being out in the woods picking herbs to heal a sick werewolf that came in.
“Look at her trembling, I can smell her fear.” Chuckled another man
Swallowing Shea pushed her back against the back side of the cage, she replied weakly, “Just leave me alone, aren’t werewolves disgusted by humans.”
The cage was opened, and hands were soon upon her, “Think about it, touching a human is like eating pretty forbidden fruit. The more you hear and look at them, the more you want to break the rules.” He soon licked his lips as she thrown to the ground. The three men surrounding her.
She let out a cry as hands were ripping of her clothing and holding her down. She felt a tongue lick her neck all the way up to her cheek.
“You taste so sweet. Look at those pretty blue eyes, filled with fear. I love it, it’s intoxicating.” The man giggles
The other men began to let their hands roam across her body, all she could do was try screaming, which was quickly a bad idea as the man who licked her began choking her
“You’re a dirty little human, thinking about screaming, I think you might need something for your little mouth the work on...”
Pants began to be unzipped; tears began to run down her face. She didn’t want to go like this, she didn’t want to be touched, she didn’t want this.
Someone, anyone please help me...
Growling emerged from the shadows, a dark huge wolf with red eyes shown itself in the moon light. The men who were around her were quick to run, only to be shot with glowing arrows. She covered her half naked body as a human man worked out with brown hair and brown eyes, he wore a green cape, a button up blue sweater with brown slack. He was quick to throw the cape he wore onto her.
Why was a werewolf being nice to her?
“Jack, she’s safe calm down, with how your leaking hormones the whole town is in hiding.”
Soon the Black was upon her she closed her eyes fearing for her life only to be surprised to meet a large hand upon her cheek, she opened her eyes and seen a man with midnight hair and red eyes staring into her own. Also, the man who kneeled in front of her was naked as could be.
Shea screamed and scooted away covering her eyes, the man with brown hair chuckled, “Jack your naked, I suggest changing back so her maiden heart can calm down.”
Jack growled at Drake, he could hear the poor girls heart beating loud and fast, she was flustered, jack should have been disgusted by her, she was a human! How could he be mated to a human!? He tried to be angry but just couldn’t, he needed time to think.
“Drake.”
“Yes, my king?”
“Take the girl back to the castle have the maids draw up a bath for her and give her some of mothers clothing. I will… deal with the rest of village.”
“Jack you – “
“I will not hurt any one other than the ones you shot,” Growling he picked up two out of the three men who were still alive dragging them to the towns center, “I will be making an example out of these two…”
Drake sighed sweating, he’s going to torture those men, he doesn’t even care if they were given the girl. I will have to investigate to make sure to fine the ones responsible for kidnaping slaves.
Drake clapped his hands, “Okay human, time for us to head back while the king deal with those men.”
“W-what?”
“Are you humans hard of hearing, I said it’s time for us to head back. If I fail the order, the king won’t hesitate to try killing me, not that he can.”
Shea must be hearing things, King? That man in front of her before, the one with black locks and ruby red eyes was the feared king of Werewolves, someone not to be messed with. She heard the female wolves talking about he was handsome devil who could one day be tamed by a female, of course they were talking about themselves. She her horror stories of female who appeared to try and court with him only to be humiliated.
“Why does the k-king want me?”
“Why? Well I can’t say I have my lips locked, not,” Drake crouched down his back to her, “Get on my back and we will be off!”
“W-what!?”
“Ugh humans are so annoying... get on my back or I’ll place a mind control spell upon you.”
Shea sweat dropped, so he’s not a werewolf but a warlock, something close to a human physique but not quite, more like a vampire who can do other magic besides blood magic.
She wrapped the cloak around her more before awkwardly getting on his back, he place her hands under her thighs and she squealed, “Stop screaming in my ear human, if I don’t focus we could be scatter across the world.
“…. what?”
Drake looked so annoyed he his ears were red, “Just shut up.”
Soon enough a magic circle appeared under his feet and the wind began to spin.
“I call upon the magic that takes me to lands far away, ancient and holy magic, TELEPORT!”
The wind turned into a sparkling tornado of colors before calming down, soon Drake stood in the bedroom of the king with Shea upon his back.
