I hear the voices of my friends and family fussing around me to make sure everything is perfect. They're checking hair, makeup, dress, and everything else that could make a tiny difference. The voices start to fade as I stare at myself in the mirror. Everything around me disappears. So many things are going through my mind right now. "What if I fall?", "What if I stutter?", "What if....?" I get snapped out of my thoughts by my Dad. "You ready sweetie?" His voice is so calming and I can't help but have relaxation take over me. I hear the rhythmic and soft beat of the music and I start getting nervous again. "Everything's going to be okay." His voice was so reassuring. I nodded my head and looped my arm through his. What if i'm not ready for this?
