Now we are sitting far apart in the lecture hall. I was at the back, trying not to stand out, and Meredith is in the front, surrounded by strangers like always. She's probably so popular that one of these women or men is with her, making her the happiest woman.

"No, I got a new phone" I lied. obviously, I saved her phone number on mine, I could never get rid of it!
"Well you know the project of professor Keen, I was wondering if you would like to do it in my room at 14h," asked Meredith, I already knew my answer but of course it was hard to see her after the break-up.
"I don't have any more classes for today so if you hear knocking on your door, its probably me," I replied to Meredith.
"Great! see you soon" said Meredith before she hung up the phone. I can't believe I am going to be in her room. Okay, I just need to take all of my stuff, I could probably go right now, No its too soon, I should wait. Nah, fuck it.
"The theme could be about a girl that sees ghosts, maybe she's the strange one and goes to school," said Meredith, It was not a bad idea, it would be simple to write.
I was in Mery's room, sitting on the side of her bed and Mery sat on her desk chair, next to her bed. This is where I used to stay at night. I tried to drive my focus on the pilot, no time to think about romance right now.

"Oh that, well umm, Its totally not what you are thinking, nope, I drew them because euu." I babbled of embarrassment, I was trying to find the words to say.
Before I could make any more sound come out of my mouth she pinned me on her bed, holding my wrists with her hands.
"Do you still love me?" said Meredith, now on top of me. Her beautiful hair fell down by her shoulders like a waterfall.
"I-I don't" I managed to say to her as my eyes looked away from her gaze.
"Don't lie to me right now, you always looked away when you lie." said Meredith, she can read me like an open book.
"Look at me and answer me this, Do you still love me?!" yelled Meredith, I looked into her eyes, they were filled with sadness, confusion and desperation.
"I-I do, I still love you." My voiced trembles and tears start running down my red cheek as I stared at her beautiful sapphire eyes.
"So tell me why did you break up with me if you still love me like me." asked Meredith, releasing me from her grasp. I slowly retrieve to the wall behind me and get in a little ball.
"Because I wanted you to be happy," I whispered, breaking down as I hid my face with my cross arms. "I heard you say to Lucas you weren't happy with me anymore."
"What... Baby, I didn't say that, I said I wasn't happy but overjoyed to have you with me." said Meredith while hugging me.
