在這個土地上，不管你有什麼樣的信仰。伊斯蘭教、基督教、佛教，只要你死在這裡，那就得遵守一項規則

那就是如果你有執念放不下的話，你就得一直徘徊在這裡。直到執念放下為止


這是一個十七、八歲的男孩在面臨羽化成蛹的年紀時和三個鬼魂交錯的故事。他們分別是一個來自清領時期的美國傳教士，一個日治時期的日籍少女以及一個死於白色恐怖的台灣菁英。

故事圍繞在男主和他們的約定，等到他長大成人之後要了卻他們死前無法釋懷的執念，然而隨著男主角被邀請深入他們的內心。他逐漸發現想要幫助他們並非想像中的那樣容易......
