Adrian Kyle hasn't been the same since his father's tragic death. With his family just as distraught as him, it was hard to find anybody to talk to about his sorrow. Having to move to an unfamiliar city across the country only makes the situation much worse. Adrian isn't even sure if he could ever feel happy again.

Adrian doesn't really care much about his new neighborhood at first, but that quickly changes once he learns about the people who live there. Neighbors keep warning Adrian's family about a strange man who lives in a very large house only a few blocks away. Three little girls invite Adrian to come play at their house...the same house where the strange man lives. To top it all off, there are much more little girls living at this house than Adrian had thought.

Needless to say, this isn't at all what Adrian had been expecting...
