如何可以叫自己別急

在我來說 有時候有點難

我曾試著叫自己拿出耐性等等

一會就到了

但 這似乎讓自己更累

無論是生活 還是愛情中等待自己的情人

有時候 我試著叫自己別等了

做點自己的事

但這效果也不好 總想著 怎麼時間還沒到

會一直想 好了沒

後來才發現 

叫自己不急 其實方向不一定對

其實 可以有其他思考方式

就像害怕時叫自己不害怕 也是困難的

像失戀叫自己別沮喪一樣是累的

或許先從知道自己真的想要什麼這個角度

能發現些什麼

我試著想

我真的只是想等更久嗎

不 我是不想等很久

那 我是不想去想情人的事嗎

不 我腦袋很強烈的想要做相關的事

那只是因為我想要想對方 所以強烈嗎

不 我喜歡和對方相處所以想

且很想現在相處

可是目前不行 需要等待

所以 我其實根本不用想著要做什麼

因為還要點時間

整理了自己的想法後 我決定 先找點事做

反而不再想著時間的問題

也不緊張了

也忘了是為什麼煩悶緊張

我想 是因為不那麽亂了吧

這只是我的經驗 

但 或許 想清楚自己真的想要的

也是讓自己穩下來的好方法
