到底有多少人，為了跟蹤一個女生不惜遠赴俄羅斯？
當中又有多少人，因跟蹤而於夜半時分被困住？

我誤打誤撞被困於深夜的莫斯科地鐵站，連同列車車長合共八人正尋找出路之際，竟遇上兇殘變態的神秘組織，更被他們抓去一個政府不曾承認、可謂不存在的秘密地鐵系統。

神秘組織要求我們只要乖乖遵守「乘車指南」就能躲過一死。隨著列車載我們去不同地鐵站，成功完成指南的機會越來越渺茫，我們當中的生還者也越來越少。

我們在這個不見天日、呼救無門的地底世界，經歷幕幕駭人的血腥虐殺。在這裡，被選中的人已經不敢奢望可以活著離開，但求死得痛快。

眼見同伴逐個慘死，

我們應該為了殘喘而屈服，

抑或拼死也要反抗？
