「讓你經歷這麼多，辛苦了。」

這句是我念中學時的一位駐校社工，對我說的話，它令我在社工室裡，淚水一度潰堤，無法自已。

作為一個搞不清自己是想成為甚麼，同時遭受問題家庭和校園欺凌的青少年，當時的自己真的很迷茫、很疲憊、很無助。老是找社工，將她當作自己另一個「媽媽」，不斷傾訴，以得慰藉。

現在上大專，懂得處理人際關係了，便發現其實不止我，每個人都是在身心受了不少痛苦而活到現在，包括往日不斷打擊我、不願理解我的父母。

別人不愛你，你也要愛自己。所以再痛苦也要堅強，也要活下去。

這句話屬於每個心裡積滿傷疤和淚水的人。

漫漫人生，一路走來，辛苦了。
