以前看我們與惡的距離這部戲時，一直很好奇死刑到底是基於什麼樣的意義存在。它的存在究竟是為了給被害者家屬一個交代？還是為了警告人民？

如果執行了死刑，那麼死刑犯的權益又何在？我覺得要不要執行死刑的矛盾點就在於這。

就因為這個矛盾點，讓我想寫的一個故事始終都還不能開始。
