故事背景：

在古時候漁港只是一個小小的漁村

帝國受到列強入侵，將漁村割讓給外族。

外族將漁村發展成一個交易城市，這座城以自由（交易自由，言論自由）為名，很多外族都在這座城上進行交易，她成為了經濟發達的城市，被人稱譽為「西方之珠」。

魚村漸漸發展成漁港。

帝國變強了，有能力從外族手中拿回漁村。

回歸帝國的十年帝國想以鐵血方式統治。

小珠是一名漁港人，他十分支持帝國的統治方式。

直到有一天，他被人圍毆一頓......
