我很喜歡晴天，有明亮的陽光、蔚藍的天空、輕柔的白雲，以及驅走黑暗的今天。

但很可惜，今天是陰雨綿綿的雨天，有潮濕的氣息、晦暗的天空、沉重的烏雲。

所以一早起床我笑不出來，陰沉著臉，心裡總飄著沉甸甸的思緒；我討厭雨天，那令人厭惡的冰冷，讓我感到世界冷漠的性格。

可是我發現，下了雨就有了青草的土香味，下了雨就清洗了大地與天空，下雨了池塘與湖泊便盈滿了剔透的水色。

也許當下是那般難受，總是要轉個念頭與角度才看的見美好的一面，總要假裝看進壞事物本質的深處才能體會樂觀。

放輕鬆吧！不用如此逼迫自己，你可以憤怒、可以厭惡、可以哀傷，甚至板著一張臉。

偶爾順從自己的感受吧！

待到雨過天晴，再展露微笑就好。
