人要向上看不要只是活在自己的舒適圈，打破了舒適圈才能成長才能向上，但人往往沒辦法順利向上爬，遇到困難會逃避，重蹈覆轍的做著自己也知道不對的事，用著自己也知道不好的方法，早知道這三個字已經在腦中在現實中重覆著不知道多少次，像他人伸手，希望能得到更多，明知無法卻還是免不了的伸手過去，想多做一些有意義的事來提升自己卻總是停留不前，向上的想法總是有卻總是沒有向上的決心。
