Nothing at all

I sat there thinking, just thinking,

about the future and other things,

that was to come,

And when anyone came by I would say,

"I'm thinking, just thinking,

so pass me by and go away."

i sit here thinking, just thinking,

about right now and other things,

Concerning now,

and when someone wanders past I say,

"I'm thinking, just thinking,

So wander along and go away."

i will sit somewhere, just thinking,

about my life and what it was,

how it used to be,

and if someone comes near I will say,

"I'm thinking, just thinking,

so put up a chair and think nothing at all."
