The story of a boy stuck in a tower as everything he’s ever known vanishes before his eyes, this book is pure genius. As giant mutant plants eat away his city, Ade can do nothing but watch as he and his new friends fight to survive the Armageddon that surrounds them. I love how the author shows the contradictions in the story, such as how lonely the characters are despite their new friendships, and also how it includes factors that most books omit, like food and air. The author makes you feel like you are actually in the tower block with Ade. This is the perfect book for anyone age nine or more but it is not childish at all and I love it.604Please respect copyright.PENANAvXpMleNir9
