　　興趣能夠為你抒發工作的負面能量，讓你能夠無牽掛無負擔地享受樂趣，恢復精神再去工作。

　　但當興趣成為工作，興趣就不再是興趣。

　　你不再隨心所欲，你不再沒有牽掛，你必須把你之前是興趣的工作完成。

　　那麼原本的興趣呢？沒有了，因為工作已經面對興趣，你在工作以外不會想再面對興趣。

　　舉例，你興趣是攝影，在工作以外拍攝喜愛的人和物，但假如每天你被迫拍攝指定題目，重複修圖，那就不再是興趣而已了。
