看著鏡子裡的自己，

發現鏡子的我，

是真實的自己嗎？

我變成了變形蟲，

為了生存，

變化許多個樣貌，

因為不夠勇敢，

膽怯，

讓自己成為別人眼中最好使喚的人，

我不明白，

只因為自己不愛生氣，

不喜歡和別人爭執，

如此，寬容的心，

竟讓自己陷入現在的囧境，

我想抽離，

卻千頭萬緒，

當所有事情，

如同千軍萬馬般湧來時，

那股熟悉的焦慮感，

又從心竄出，

我想告訴自己，

自己已經很努力，

也許是無法立刻改變，

但妳已經很棒了，

妳不用背負不屬於自己的責任，

把自己做好即可，

許多時候，

得失需要取捨，

不用把所有的錯誤，

全歸責自己，

放下，

可以讓自己身心自由，

親愛的，

仔細感受自己的美好，

好好愛自己，

別讓別人的意見，

左右心的方向，

試著愛自己多一些，

疼惜自己，

就會讓自己，

愈來愈好，

一切更美好！
