在新公司上班不久已覺得這公司的IT部比我舊公司更差勁。我是新入職的當然就不會對它們的系統會熟識。居然有問題時只給我丢來一個附有說明書的電郵叫我跟著做(到底誰是IT?) ,更可笑是跟著做都不可能解決問題。接著就是無限輪迴直到有香港區同事接手再來一招remote才完事。同事跟我說這裡的IT部已有三份之二轉介到印度去,這種情況其實已是習以為常,只有硬接受。聯想起來,香港有很多大公司都將IT部轉到印度來省錢卻忽視了穩定與速度的重要性。難怪投訴接受態度依然照舊。我投訴最多的是銀行的股票交易系統,簡直想殺了它!!!503Please respect copyright.PENANADBe1COY8Nx
