Hashi- “Guess I was the last person to get up, sorry.”

Albeis was up and looking towards our destination while Kate hid behind Arrea again.

Arrea- “It’s fine, we didn’t do much fighting yesterday.”

Hashi- “Right, since everyone is ready let’s proceed up the mountain.”

We all then got on Albeis back, but this time….

Hashi- “Albeis don’t rush to the top, we need to use our time to figure out how to defeat Moryuu.”

Albeis- “*Nod*”

Hashi- “Now, Arrea can you tell me what happened on your side?”

Arrea- “S-sure….”

Arrea explained everything I needed know, specifically about the God and Dullahan.

Hashi- “I see….”

Kate- “….”

Hashi- “Now I know I have to save the God of this island.”

Arrea- “You know he was not the first child….”

Arrea- “No, we haven’t but I’ve heard other mythics that had to.”

We were silence for some time, we came across more wild mythics and those creatures but we dealt with them.

After some time we stopped to rest at the half way point.

I already discussed ways to face to Moryuu with Arrea and Gorta. We all agreed to let me do it while Arrea faced Dullahan but something was still bothering me….

Hashi- “Kate, can I talk to you for a second?”

Kate- “….”

Arrea- “Kate?”

Kate- “O-okay.”

Arrea- “Don’t do anything weird Hashi, I have my eye on you.”

Hashi- “*Nod*”

I take Kate to a nearby fallen tree trunk.

Hashi- “Is this about me being human?”

Kate- “….”

Hashi- “Sorry that I hid so much from the beginning, especially me being human.”

Kate- “I-I understand, if you didn’t Arrea would have killed you.”

Hashi-”Y-yeah….”

Kate- “Which makes it more weird that she accepted it so quickly.”

Hashi- “I guess….”

Kate- “I don’t know what happened to change her mind but I….”

Hashi- “You don’t trust me anymore?”

Kate- “I do! I just have to get used to being the only Mage again.”

Hashi- “….”

Hashi- “Maybe, but that does not mean you don’t have a family.”

Hashi- “*Grabs Kate’s hand*”

Kate- “….”

Kate- “I’m going to need sometime, the last human I met….”

Kate- “*Moved hand away from Hashi*”

Hashi- “I-I understand, thanks for at least talking to me.”

Kate- “*Nod*”

She returns to Arrea, most likely in deep thought.

Hashi- “*Sigh*”

I can’t do anything more than move forward. I have to train my magic and that transformation as much as I can until we reach the summit.

I wonder what other things I should learn to create beside water and ice….
