> Bio: Being the 2nd to awaken from his crystal slumber of the 9. Not technically the eldest, he was placed in position to lead the other Gods and Goddesses that were given their own regions to watch over and mold as they saw fit. He takes this role very seriously and wonders how they’ve survived this long. ‘They’ve’ referring to some of the Gods and Goddesses, namely the God and Goddess of Death. They, much like Marizu for example, enjoy the touch of a mortal before wiping their mind of the memory through whatever means in order to avoid any hunting the mortal may do after the God or Goddess departs.
Much of the time he’s had to play father to both Marizu and Ginsu, breaking up scuffles and working as a mediator between the Original 6 Gods and Goddesses and whoever has broken the rules. He had a tricky time talking them down from a strong punishment against Ginsu when he had stepped in and saved Alura and Talon, preventing them from dying. When it comes to Kisa, the one who behaves like a crazy ex-girlfriend, he offered friendship then accepted her as a cousin to himself, Marizu and Ginsu. She was thrilled and he was glad she was. Over time though, she began trying to get closer than just cousins, doing things to get his attention. Hiatsu didn’t like this and tried to stay firm that they were not going to be lovers as he did not see her that way. Unfortunately he to this day deals with a corrupt Goddess of the Wind still trying to have his heart desire her, and her alone.
Because of Kisa’s fall, he had to follow the rules directly, thus taking over watching her region as well as his own. Mortals in Kisa’s region of Arios still pray to her, but those prayers she tries to grant are sent to Hiatsu for final approval or denial, giving him 2 regions worth of mortal prayers to keep track of.
