"Elijah!" Ophelia cried, a hoarse wail scratching its way out of her swollen throat. The curly-haired boy froze, slender but muscled arms stiff with rage tensed at his sides, "ELI-!" "How...dare..he..?" it came out broken, a crackly sound in the heavy silence between the human and entities. "HOW DARE HE?!?!?!"
"My Prince.." the fair girl whimpered, the tears from her sobs, heavy in her eyes; making them seem to glow under the soft light of Lucifer's bedroom. "It is nothing. Lucifer did not hurt me." Her lips quivered, quiet but harsh breaths creating a rhythm in the room. The ghostly boy leered at Ophelia, his blood red irises blazing. A cool, relaxed voice echoed, breaking the silence. "Listen to her; Envious Elijah. I have not laid a finger on your precious, fair Ophelia." The fallen Prince placed a hand on her shoulder as he spoke the words, gently cascading it down to her hip, pulling her towards him slightly.
A growl vibrated and a finger was thrown accusingly.
"Hands. Off." Elijah hissed possessively, all his instincts launched at him at once as he lunged forward to grasp her. "Ah! Ah!" Lucifer taunted, smooth palms rubbing soothingly at the young heiress's arms and shoulders. He cast a smug look at his acquaintance, silently assuming his thoughts, "Why don't you ask her that yourself, Prince."
Ophelia’s lilac eyes softened, looking between both creatures. A small, shy smile spread across her lips as she gently slid up her satin sleeves. A silver circle, encasing a tree of three branches and multiple platinum coloured leaves was embedded into wrist, and the other, a glittery, golden pentagram. She turned to face Elijah, whose eyes shone with both confusion and anger, “My Prince of Darkness, Elijah Astrat. I am now bound to you,” she recited, and turned to face Lucifer, “And you, Lord of Light, Lucifer Jewel.”
