千年前，八空島之戰，世界各地戰火連年之際，厄羅葛諾瑞崛起，帶領一群失去親人、流離失所的人，劫掠八空島的貴族，然後在虛空中找到一座未被佔領開闢的空島定居下來，此島從此名曰：厄羅葛諾瑞。

千年後，厄羅葛諾瑞早已離世，但以他為名的空島日益強盛，在這片土地上的子民享受著和平與安詳，好像都忘卻了開荒時期其他空島的欺凌、打壓……當然，只是“好像”。

厄羅葛諾瑞在臨終前，交付後代一紙計畫，如今，便是時機成熟，執行的時刻……後世稱之為葛諾瑞計畫。
