從1958年那代人受到輻射感染後 不但能抵抗不治之症 亦使全球人均壽命達至85-90歲，人們漸漸忘記戰爭帶來的禍害 家園摧毁，戰後兒童陰影，腳踏修橋補路下的屍骸。

久而久之 全球社會在媒體 各界人士極其渲染及美化下 認為人類歷史上的最後一次戰爭卻只是進化過程 物競天擇 適者生存的篩選而己 

第三次世界大戰被遺忘於時代巨輪。
