Under the deep blue sea; dolphins jumped up and down, fishes swam through the waves of the deep deep ocean, the otters hunting their prey happily. However, there is an otter living alone under this blue ocean, Dotter. He’s a shiny white otter which is unique from other otters in the sea, he’s an albino otter. He doesn’t have any friend because of his bizarre appearance. The otters call him names and bullied him violently, so it is better for him to stay alone even though he’s lonely.
