在西元1949年5月20日到1991年5月22日白色恐怖時期，國民政府為消滅反政府和疑似共產黨人的人民，顧用一群身份不明的殺人，埋伏在各處……

一但發現可疑人士，就暗殺害並毀屍滅跡，因為這群殺手手法兇殘且神秘不著痕跡，所以有人懷疑國民政府顧用的這群殺手……其實……不是人？!

一直到西元2009年出現一位來自英國的14歲少女自稱自己是影獸獵人，獨自一人在台中烏日鄉一棟廢棄別墅中，持刀殺死了一名10歲少年，她將少年殺害後，將屍體曝曬在陽光底下……

當地居民見她的慘忍行為，正要報警時……奇特的事情發生了!

那名少年的屍體突然之間融化一攤血水而從血水中冒出了一個裂齒獠牙眼睛全白的黑色怪物，正當牠要準備攻擊旁邊的圍觀民眾時，突然從遠處傳來槍聲……一槍擊斃了這個怪物，就當民眾的注意力被槍聲給吸引住時……那名少女就突然之間消失了，沒有人知道她去了那裡……而且當民眾立即趕快槍聲傳來處時，意外發現到……那裡更本沒有人而現場只留下一把獵槍，所以後來民眾開始留傳說……他們跟當年的白色恐怖有關甚至還說其實白色恐怖中離奇消失無蹤的那些人，就是他們殺害的……
