The connection between two hearts,

Turning them to sweethearts,

With ups and downs,

But never leaving the grounds,

Of their marriage.

As years pass by,

It's only hope that stays nearby,

Even though their hearts stay far,

After receiving pains from the scar,

That lead to their division.

In the end,

Couples love to amend,

As they respect marriage,

Rather than their disparage,

For marriage is commitment,

To dedicated hearts,

And marriage is punishment,

For broken hearts.
