在2012年開始因台灣沒重視人格發展教育和少子化造成過度溺愛跟奧客和三寶亂世的影響，產生徐多屁孩子和沒水準文化，使得素質差抗壓性地的人越來越多，因此使得職場上勤勞的人累到死，會偷懶拍馬屁的人，變成指揮官輕鬆過日等領錢，這樣扭曲的世界，一直到八年後……

台灣在服務業，餐飲業，百貨業等領域上佔有一席之地的富豪們，為了打破這樣的情況，讓各行各業的領導者能在不得罪人以及合法性的情況下，解雇因人情關係或人手不足狀態下，不敢解雇的人，然後挖角要想挖角的人的方法而那個方法就是……

舉辦一場大規模的比賽，讓各行各業的高層派出自家一直想解雇和不想解雇的人，出場比賽，比賽項目從鐵人三項到野外求生到團隊合作跟個人賽……等而比賽場地從本島到外島和無人島。

每場比賽都會以項目難度，來決定淘汰多人而沒被淘汰的人，可以獲得點數，而點數決定排名，排名高的人所屬單位，可用點數挖角排名低的單位的人，同時可以將想解雇的人無條件強迫對方收下，而這個比賽名稱就叫做……求點生存戰。
