綠洲

平價社區，比隔壁的美麗之都早建成許久，住戶很多，社區內治安良好，公共設施有桌球室、ＫＴＶ。

美麗之都

雖說定位為高價社區，但好像並沒有塑造成功，比隔壁貴一些，設施也比較多，有圖書室、健身房、社區專屬咖啡廳，ＫＴＶ在去年的住戶大會上被否決，目前不啟用。

※美麗之都的住戶繳交管理費後會拿到三張招待券，得以進咖啡廳消費，社區外的人必須額外花費１００元才能進入。
