I sat watching the two young ladies, they were appealing to my blind eyes. My family had always been into dancing ever since I was a young child. I know exactly what my younger self would say if she saw the two elegant ladies : “I can do better than that”. I had always wanted to prove myself. It brought back happiness to my lonely heart; the happiness I long for every day.
I watch him in his hospital bed, laying lifelessly; they were going to set him free. My hands wrapped around his “Ill see you soon my love” I whispered softly into his ears. His lack of movement brought happiness into my soul once more.
A loud beep could be heard from a mile away, as if attached to a speakerphone.
And there he was, my husband, standing next to me. He for once looked well, he too looked happy. I rightly embraced him. I am finally at peace. Now I don’t have to be alone. We can finally go to heaven, together.
