名字：沈水煙

在醫院，她是眾人眼中擁有堅強實力的美女外科醫生，性格溫柔文靜、不善言辭，是眾多男性的追求目標。

        但實際上……她出生於一個暗殺家族，身為繼承人的水煙自小就受到嚴苛的訓練，她也不負眾望成為了家族中最優秀的孩子，被稱為十年難得一見的暗殺天才。擅長使用有塗抹藥物的銀針做為暗器和潛伏於暗處，抗壓性強，偶爾還得喬裝一下方便接近目標，每次出手必定成功。

       長大後的她成為了一位優秀的醫生，因為不想被逼著繼承家業，所以偷偷溜到國外的醫院工作。直到有一天，她接到叔叔來電告知她父母失蹤的消息，她才急忙趕回家。在爺爺和叔叔的解說下，水煙知道了這和好幾代以前兩個家族間的紛爭有關，但那個家族在十年前就隱退不再接受委託，他們告訴她必須找到另一個家族的繼承人並且想辦法接近他，才有機會找到線索尋回父母，在爺爺請託下她還得順便解決兩家的紛爭，雖然覺得有點奇怪，但無奈之下，她只好踏上了充滿未知的尋人之旅……
