天空之神烏拉諾斯強暴大地之母蓋婭，生下泰坦12眾神。

泰坦最小的兒子克羅諾斯，拿著母親給他的鐮刀閹割了他的父親。

烏拉諾斯詛咒克羅諾斯，詛咒他將被跟自己其中一個兒子殺死。為了違抗命運，克羅諾斯將剛出生的骨肉一一吞入肚中，直到第六個孩子出世時，是妹妹同時也是妻子的莉亞將嬰兒藏了起來。

嬰兒的名字叫宙斯---他的祖父為了詛咒克羅諾斯而預言的天神之王。

宙斯殺死了克羅諾斯，成為宇宙的主宰。

於是，世人讚嘆他的名---眾王之王，眾神之神阿......

命運預言，有一天他將被自已其中一個兒子推翻，其餘奧林帕斯的眾神也將被逐出天庭。

傳說到這裡就沒下文了，只知道眾神就如同貪婪的頑童，憑著一己之意，將世界搞得天翻地覆。

......千年如一日。

古老的眾神從來沒有因為無上的神力而解脫，他們親身描繪了人類的本性---貪婪、色慾、憤怒、忌妒、傲慢。

並將這些原本在潘朵拉裡的黑暗，溶入祖先的血液，延續至今。

眾神忌妒我們，忌妒我們能夠安然死去。

因為永生不死，才是最惡毒的詛咒。
