本是一個和平的世界，科技高度發展，商業發展旺盛。

一切是如此的高度進展，平靜的過著每一天。

然而這樣和平的世界，不知從哪天開始冒出了一種名為「糊」會吃人的恐怖生物，導致本來可以在夜晚的活動大受影響，一時間的大混亂，人類失去原本該有的秩序，在這無助之時，人人都在祈禱會有「英雄」的出現。

因此出現與之對抗的職業由AXT公司帶領的「狩獵者」。

這份職業為這個不確定的世界帶來了一絲光明，將這朦朧在黑暗之中的世界得以撥雲見日。

所幸在這間公司的帶領，世界奇蹟似的再度恢復表面的「平靜」。

 

本故事的主要舞台為奧菲特拉大陸上的首都—紅葉市。

本一度恢復表面平靜的世界，又悄悄的在背地裡發生了改變。

兇手的挑釁、糊的變異。

一切的事態以極快的速度進行著。

在人們眼皮底下急速的發展，普通人無法發現，他們自以為平靜的世界，已經掀起腥風巨浪…

 

主角在追尋兇手的同時，漸漸的抽絲剝繭，找尋那微不足道的線索。

 

發現一些不為人知的內幕。

以及事實帶給他們的衝擊…
