AUTHOR'S NOTE:
This story is inspired to show some of the many truths in life.
How can we tell the difference between what is morally right and wrong? How do we know that good is always the right way to go, or if choosing evil will benefit us instead? We don't know. We will never know. We never know if the choice we're making is right, however, to ourselves may be. What about others? The way they perceive things--our actions and choices--they may think it's wrong. They might judge us and mock us for doing the wrong thing, for making the bad choice, for succumbing to evil temptations--but I would like to ask all of you this before you read this series:
Why should we let the words of others determine whether our actions are redeemable or unforgivable? Why should we plague ourselves with eternal guilt for our actions when there is no valid semblance for governing whether something is right or wrong? How do we really know if anything on this earth is truly right or wrong? Who is to say for this? Who is responsible?
There is no answer, but I do ask you to keep an open mind when reading the actions of these completely fictional characters. Keep religion aside and keeps your morals aside. Learn and understand.
Thank you,
Lillyann M.
