The whole story would revolve around two young lovers in their 14- 17 years of age. Of course, with that kind of age limit in detailed sex or just plain sex is prohibited. Having a spice of innocence, adventure, and self discovery is a major plus point. 

The rest of the plot is all up to your imagination and fun. 

The story must not exceed a 30 min read. 

You may want something funny/ comedic, dark and sad, dramatic whatever it is.
