The minute I walked through the door I could smell the alcohol and the cigaret smoke from the living room, 'they must be drinking again' i thought in my head, which in both ways it's good and bad. The bad part is... there awake. And they notice me the minute I walk into the room, my fathers face immediately envelops in anger as he chucked a bottle at me, but I ducked at the last second having it shatter against the wall behind me "CLEAN THIS FUCKING HOUSE UP YOU FUCKING BITCH!" I immediately began on cleaning the glass off the floor so none of us got glass on our feet or hands since my parents were drunk. After I got that cleaned up I went to the kitchen to clean the small pile of dishes in the sink and take out the trash. Once homework was done I noticed it was time to start making dinner, I packed the homework I got done and went back downstairs to start with something to eat. As I got dinner prepared I made a checklist of what to get from the store. I know we needed laundry soap and toilet paper...also some food for the fridge especially some milk, also some dish soap. Can't forget about the cigarets and booze for the parents, they would kill me if I forgot that. After doing that I set the table for two and went into the living room. I took a deep breath before shaking my father's shoulder, he snorted but didn't wake up.
