I leaned into his face, feeling the warmth of his soft lips pressing deeply and sweetly against my own. He responded the same way immediately, truly impassioned.
We shared this moment ardently. I cherished it deep into my mental box of memories. George finally decided to pull away from my lips, yet still hadn't moved his hands that had caressed my arms so gently.
He leaned in once more, but closer to my ear.
"Guess that means no ice-cream, eh?"
I couldn't help but to laugh.
"I guess not. By the way, you totally taste like peaches." I smirked.
Finally had we reached atop of the wheel. But it was weird, I already felt myself soaring before I had even reached this point.
We dreamily gazed above. I looked to the skies, watching the rolls of clouds glide over our heads. They looked like misshapen white popcorn.
"One day, I'll own a cloud kingdom." I proclaimed.
"Really?"
"Yup."
"Are you just going to leave me here then?"
"Well, every kingdom does need a king, I suppose."
He chuckled fondly, and his glance softened in my direction.
"You're my queen, both above and below the skies. You'll always be."
