❍

華夏古承傳，口腹當為先。

昔有夙沙氏，誤將海濤煎，

皎皎猶霜雪，細嘗味鹹鮮。

及至宋元後，造法趨精全。

寧廣有寶穴，飛岩瀉鹵泉，

灶户草房眾，兩溪分井田。

蓄水曬蒸汽，烈火煉鹽煙，

選粹方出市，貴值逾萬錢。

滄桑幾變幻，舊地已枯湮，

鹹鹺兼百味，無人不垂涎。

開門七件事，柴米油鹽醬醋茶。
