Anyway, first let's discuss what Dog and Scissors, or it's Japanese name, Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou, is about. 999Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ0LjYYYVxNu
Harumi Kazuhito , a young high school student is in love with reading. He adores a specific series written by his favorite author Natsuno Kirihime. One day, he does the most cliché anime protagonist thing and goes to a café , you know to have a cup of coffee and drink from the exact same type of mug. But oh wait! Plot twist, instead of having a normal time at this café-. Boom a very threatening robber comes. Oh shit he's definitely going to die. He stands up like the robber asks and notices that the robber, wasn't speaking to him, the robber was in fact speaking to the women in front of him. But for some reason, I never actually understood why, she can't hear the robber. The robber, being a complete dick decides to shoot her anyway ,cause well he's a robber. As the robber is seconds away from killing this innocent women high school boy decides to jump in front of the bullet because his life never mattered anyway. Little high school boy dies doing a good deed and is rewarded by being able to live an afterlife as a dog. And who's hands does he fall into? Yup, that's right! The women he saved. In this afterlife high school boy discovers this women is none other than, Natsuno Kirihime. Big shocker! At this point the anime falls into telling the story of their daily lives as doggy and master.
I personally enjoyed this anime, like a lot for some reason. It's not exeptianlly amazing , but still pretty great. The characters develop well, however since the ending is very rushed the character development is crazy sped up as we reach the last two episodes. Heck, it even back tracks, It seems that upon Kirihime. getting drunk they forgot Mr.-High -school-boi-doggy's personality. But I mean I guess since the last episode was shit, we can disregard it completely . The pacing on it's own, without the last episode, was actually pretty good. Oh and the comedy, the comedy! Amazing, it's one of the few anime's that actually made me laugh!!
