還記得那時候我們還在補習班上著數學課，我最好的朋友正坐在我的旁邊，她在那時候已經有寫小說了，她的筆名是從遊戲當中的名字出來的，她問我‘‘要不要幫你取個筆名’’ ‘‘好啊！’’我很開心的接受了，她一取就取了好幾個，要我自己選一個喜歡的，於是，我選了"夏寒櫻"這個筆名，它也就這麼的成為我的筆名，現在，不管玩什麼遊戲，我都很喜歡取"夏寒櫻"或"寒櫻"當名字呢！
