Bleeding (Anya Jenkins)

I walk through streets

Painfully

My heart bleeds

My heart is broken

I have been scorned

I bleed

I hope

I wish

To make things right

But I'm not sure how

Just like Xander

The guy that scorned me

The guy that left me at the altar

After telling me

'I'm not ready'

He wishes he hadn't hurt me

But

The past is the past

And some things

You just can't fix

No matter

What you wish

Sometimes you fall

Then you get back up

Sometimes you bleed

But then you heal

It's called bleeding

Sometimes

You need a little bleeding

Sometimes

It's good to do a little bleeding

That's what bleeding is

All it is is bleeding.
