It took Axel few minutes to regain his composure. He stopped himself from angry, and decided to find out what in the world happened here first. Once he figures out who did this...well...let's just say that painless death would be the best outcome.

"Are those two dead?"

Naturally, Axel paid attention to the two figures who had the guts to lie in his house without his permission. It's important to note the Egil's figure can't actually by seen, since he's covered with piles of huge rocks and wood trunks, but Axel was able to tell that another figure other than Aylin was there due to his sensitive nose.

"Let's see, the one under these rocks must be a phoenix, seeing his aura still strong, seems like he's still alive...just what in the world brought this brat here? and this one..."

Axel tried to observe the aura of the unconscious girl to figure out her beast race.

"hmm? No aura?"

Axel found this truly odd, since he never encountered nor heard of a creature in this region to not have any aura, since having it's common knowledge that no [Aura] means no [Ether] (magical energy), and having no ether is basically the same as being dead.

Still, Axel saw that the girl was breathing slowly, as if she was just sleeping, but the wounds on her body indicated she was hurt. He glanced back at the pile of rocks and wood the phoenix boy was under.

"Those two...were they fighting? Did this girl manage to defeat a member of the phoenix clan?...with no aura?!...just how?"

Growing curious, Axel went towards the pile of rocks, to see get the phoenix out and examine how he was defeated. Although Axel have internally mocked the Walnut Woods Clan for liking fighting too much, he couldn't deny that he was the same. He tried to remove a rock that is right in front of him, but...it didn't budge at all.

He paused for few seconds, then tried again.

Axel felt frustrated and kicked the rock to vent, but it only backfired, as it hurt his foot. A lot.

"Damn Rock! Am I supposed to just leave this trash here?! How the hell am I going to live in a place full of garbage?! These two brats must have caused this somehow!! I'll make them compensate for me! Work them to dea-"

It was then when Axel noticed something shining in his field of vision. He looked carefully, and noticed it was the edge of the rock, where he kicked. He absorbed the ether around him, and formed his [Black Ice] aura, then he was able to activate his ability, [Instant Freeze]. He instantly froze the rock in front of him, and waited for few minutes. Then he used his [Steel kick], where his leg was enforced by hardened ether, as strong as steel to kick the frozen rock as hard as possible.
